LOLA BLANKETS CASA DE LOLA GIVEAWAY – Official Rules

Eligibility

The LOLA BLANKETS CASA DE LOLA GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and outlying territories of the USA), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and have or open a free Instagram account, except for employees of Lola Blankets, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period

This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM Mountain Time on March 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on April 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. All entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

How to Enter

You (“you” or “entrant”) may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period through the following methods:

Instagram Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must:

1) Follow @lolablankets on Instagram
2) Like & share the Sweepstakes post to your stories with
#CasaDeLolaSweepstakes
3) Tag a minimum of one (1) friend or family member (collectively, an “Instagram Entry”).
Additional Instagram Entry. To receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes, you may include a comment on the Instagram Entry that includes why you love Lola blankets.

OR

Alternate Method of Entry. To enter without using Instagram or social media, on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, hand-print, in CAPS, in black ink only, your full name, complete address, phone number (with area code), date of birth, and email address, and mail it to: “Lola Blankets Casa de Lola Giveaway, Free To Enter”, 3600 Outlet Parkway, Suite 100, Lehi, UT 84043.” You will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes for each individual postcard received at the specified address that is in compliance with the instructions in this section.

All Entries must: (a) comply with all Instagram Terms of Service and Rules and these Official Rules; (b) be in good taste and appropriate for Sponsor’s audience, in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (c) not include or reference any persons other than the entrant, or any brands, logos, names or creative works, other than those created by or owned by either entrant or Sponsor; and (d) not be offensive or disparaging or infringing of any rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all entries and submissions become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein.

There are no limits to the number of entries that can be submitted, regardless of the entry method used. Entries that do not comply with the terms of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be considered. Sweepstakes is subject to change without notification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries will be void if electronically or mechanically reproduced, forged, defective, altered or obtained through unauthorized channels or if they contain production, typographical, electronic, mechanical or other errors. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove and/or disqualify any entry at any time which, in Sponsor’s opinion, is offensive, contains unsuitable material, endangers the safety or wellbeing of any person, or if it is determined the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Entries; all of which will be void in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

By entering, a person grants a complete release of Instagram, and acknowledges and agrees that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Rights Granted by You

Posting an Entry constitutes entrant’s full agreement to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Entry and any component thereof, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including without limitation for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documents that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the Entry. By entering, you warrant and represent that your Entry does not infringe on any rights of any third parties, and you further agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, each entrant grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) to Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotional, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where otherwise prohibited by law.

Prizes; Drawing

A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 7, 2026, at which time Sponsor will select one (1) entry from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to win the below defined Prize.

The prize(s) for the Sweepstakes (“Prize(s)”) are the following: 1) Two Wristbands to the Exclusive Casa de Lola Party on April 11th (the “Event”), 2) The Lola Blankets Tiger Collection, 3) A $2,500 Travel Stipend to cover airfare, transportation, and lodging for the Event, 4) Exclusive Lola Merch (Approximate Retail Value: $4,000).

Outside of the Travel Stipend provided as part of the Prize, Winners are solely responsible for their travel to and from the Event, including but not limited to any ground or air travel, accommodations, food and beverage, merchandise, or other travel expenses. Winner’s guest companion to the Event (the “Guest”) must also be over twenty-one (21) years of age.

Prizes are not transferable. All taxes, including income taxes, on any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if any advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize or any component thereof for any reason. THE ABOVE LIST OF PRIZES IS EXHAUSTIVE AND REPRESENTS SPONSOR’S SOLE OBLIGATION TO THE WINNER(S) REGARDING THE PRIZE(S).

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If you are selected as a winner and refuse the applicable prize, Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. If Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner after three (3) good faith attempts, the Prize may not be awarded. If the confirmed winner forfeits the Prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected.

Taxes

Each winner is responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes. When required by federal law, Sponsor will report the names of the winner and the value of the prize won to the Internal Revenue Service. If requested by Sponsor, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return to Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Prize. Failure to complete, sign and return a W-9 will result in the winner being disqualified, and in such case Sponsor will select an alternate winner in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

Limitation of Liability

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). If, in Sponsor’s opinion, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right, but does not have any obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

Acknowledgments

As a condition of entry, you agree that (1) the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform; and (2) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes will be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or any other social media platform. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All federal and state laws apply.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Utah.

Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at www.lolablankets.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Warranty and Indemnity

Each entrant represents and warrants that their entry is original, that they are the sole and exclusive owner and right holder of the submitted Submission, and that they have the right to submit the entry in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant further represents and warrants that their entry does not (1) infringe any third-party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation; (2) include any personally identifiable information of any person other than entrant; or (3) otherwise violate any applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Promotion Parties at all times from and against any liability, actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for or in respect of which the Promotion Parties may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by an entrant under these Official Rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of these Official Rules by an entrant.

Elimination

Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by any entrant concerning identity, postal address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in its sole discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.

Severability

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
