Eligibility

The LOLA BLANKETS 2026 RZR GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and outlying territories of the USA), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except for employees of Lola Blankets, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period

This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time on June 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on June 21, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. All entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

How to Enter

You (“you” or “entrant”) may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period through the following methods:

Onsite  Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must:

Visit the home located at 10222 North Hidden Oak Drive, Highland, UT 84003 (the “Home”) and do the following:

1. Locate the Sweepstakes display at the Home and scan the QR code to see the full Sweepstakes rules and fill out a physical entry form. 

2. Follow @lolablankets on Instagram (if you do not already); and 

3. Sign up to receive SMS messages from Sponsor by texting RZR to 82506.

Alternate Method of Entry. To enter without using Instagram or social media or visiting the Home, on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, hand-print, in CAPS, in black ink only, your full name, complete address, phone number (with area code), date of birth, and email address, and mail it to: “Lola Blankets 2026 RZR Giveaway, Free To Enter”, 3600 Outlet Parkway, Suite 100, Lehi, UT 84043.” You will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes for each individual postcard received at the specified address that follows the instructions in this section.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all entries and submissions become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein.

Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all your entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

Disqualification 

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. The decisions of the Sponsor on this and all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

Rights Granted by You

By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, each entrant grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) to Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotional, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where otherwise prohibited by law.

The prize(s) for the Sweepstakes (“Prize(s)”) are the following:

A year's supply of Lola Blankets (defined as 1 per month, for 12 months)

Approximate Retail Value of the prize: $23,494.80.

No cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

Limit one (1) Prize per person, family, or household. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes, including income taxes, on any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Without limiting the foregoing, the winner is responsible for all vehicle registration, license, title, and insurance fees; and for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Except as set forth herein, no Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if any advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize or any component thereof for any reason. THE ABOVE LIST OF PRIZES IS EXHAUSTIVE AND REPRESENTS SPONSOR’S SOLE OBLIGATION TO THE WINNER(S) REGARDING THE PRIZE(S).

A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 22, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If you are selected as a winner and refuse the applicable prize, Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. If Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner after three (3) good faith attempts, the Prize may not be awarded. If the confirmed winner forfeits the Prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected.

Limitation of Liability

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). If, in Sponsor’s opinion,  the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right, but does not have any obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

Acknowledgments 

As a condition of entry, you agree that (1) the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform; and (2) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes will be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or any other social media platform. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All federal and state laws apply. 

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Utah.

Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at www.lolablankets.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Warranty and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Promotion Parties at all times from and against any liability, actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for or in respect of which the Promotion Parties may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by an entrant under these Official Rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of these Official Rules by an entrant.

Elimination

Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by any entrant concerning identity, postal address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in its sole discretion does not comply with these Official Rules.

Severability

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
