Shipping policy

Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days for processing.

Our standard shipping transit time is 3-5 days for all products coming out of our Ontario warehouse. Note this does not include our warehouse processing time to ship orders out, which may be up to 5 business days during peak sales windows. We cannot guarantee packages will arrive within the shipping window selected at checkout and we cannot make refunds for packages that do not arrive within the shipping window selected at checkout. 

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut at the present time.
