Official Rules

Eligibility

The LOLA BLANKETS CHRISTMAS IN AUGUST RZR GIVEAWAY (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding Florida and New York), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Florida and New York and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, members, managers, contractors and agency personnel of Lola Blankets, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Sponsor” or “Lola”), and of Sponsor’s respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and fulfillment and administration vendors (collectively, with Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members and household members of each of the foregoing, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family member” means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, child or sibling, whether by birth, marriage or adoption, and their respective spouses.

Sweepstakes Period

This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time(“MT”) on August 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on August 26, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. All entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, to enter the Sweepstakes, you must:

1. Log into your Instagram Account;

2. Follow Sponsor’s Instagram Account @lolablankets, if you do not already;

3. Like and share the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post to your Instagram story with the hashtag #lolagiveaway; and

4. Tag your friends and family (collectively, an “Instagram Entry”).

5. Comment why you love Lola for an extra entry.

Your Instagram account must be set to “public” during the Promotion Period and through winner verification so that Sponsor can view and verify your entry.

Limit two (2) entries per person. Any entry in excess of the stated limit from any person will be void. Use of multiple accounts or identities to obtain more than the stated number of entries will result in disqualification. Entries resulting from the use of artificial intelligence tools or software, robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods with the intent to subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. The decisions of the Sponsor on this and all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

Rights Granted by You

By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its affiliates and its and their respective licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, worldwide fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, username, city and state/province/territory of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, such entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.

Prize

The following prize is available to be awarded:

• One (1) 2026 Polaris RZR XP 1000 Sport (“Vehicle”) (valued at $19,999); and 

• Exclusive Lola Blankets PR + Merch (valued at approx. $1000).

In lieu of the Vehicle, the winner may choose to receive a cash payout of $19,999.

Vehicle Prize Conditions/Restrictions. The following additional terms apply to the Vehicle. (a) THE VEHICLE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM SPONSOR OR ANY PROMOTION PARTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any manufacturer warranty, if and to the extent applicable, is the winner’s sole recourse with respect to the condition or performance of the Vehicle.

(b) As a condition of receiving the vehicle, the winner must hold and present a valid driver’s license and must provide proof of insurance covering the Vehicle before delivery or release. Sponsor will not deliver or release the Vehicle to any person who has not satisfied these conditions and executed the documents described below, and failure to satisfy them within the time specified by Sponsor will result in forfeiture.

(c) The winner is solely responsible, at the winner’s sole cost, for title, registration, off-highway vehicle registration and permitting, inspection, licensing, insurance, fuel, transport (except as expressly provided below), storage, maintenance, taxes, repair and operation of the Vehicle.

(d) The Vehicle is not street legal in all jurisdictions. The winner is solely responsible for determining and complying with all laws applicable to the registration, equipment, insurance and operation of the vehicle in the winner’s jurisdiction, and for obtaining any required safety training or certification.

(e) Prize delivery: The winner must be present in person, present a valid driver’s license and insurance, and execute all required documents at the time of delivery or pickup.

(f) Branded Elements. 

1. Vehicle may bear Lola branding, graphics, decals, or a vehicle wrap (collectively, the "Branded Elements").  

2. No license. The Branded Elements are provided as a physical feature of the prize only. Winner receives no license or other right to use Lola's trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, or other intellectual property, and Winner shall not use Vehicle bearing Branded Elements for commercial purposes, or in any manner that states or implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or agency with Lola, without Lola's prior written consent. 

3. Lola makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the Branded Elements, including as to condition, durability, appearance, or the effect of removal on the Vehicle's paint, finish, or surfaces. 

4. Winner may remove, cover, or alter the Branded Elements at any time, in Winner's sole discretion and at Winner's sole cost and expense. Winner assumes all risk of loss or damage arising from removal or alteration performed by or at the direction of Winner. 

5. Lola may request in writing at any time that Winner remove or permanently cover any or all Branded Elements. Winner agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to comply within thirty (30) days of receipt of such request. Lola shall bear the reasonable cost of removal or covering performed at Lola's request, either by arranging and paying for the work directly or by reimbursing Winner for documented, pre-approved costs, at Lola's election. Winner shall have no obligation to incur out-of-pocket expense in complying with a request. Where removal is performed by or paid for by Lola, Lola's responsibility is limited to the cost of removal, and Lola shall not be liable for any resulting damage to the Vehicle's paint, finish, or surfaces except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Lola or its contractors.

General Prize Conditions/Restriction. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, on prize, as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will report the value of the prize as required by law and will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner. No prize substitution or cash redemptions allowed by winner, except as specified herein. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, for any reason. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize or any component thereof for any reason. THE ABOVE LIST OF PRIZES IS EXHAUSTIVE AND REPRESENTS SPONSOR’S SOLE OBLIGATION TO THE WINNER(S) REGARDING THE PRIZE(S). All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Drawing and Winner Notification

A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 1, 2026 and the potential winner to be notified September 2, 2026 via Instagram direct message from the official Lola Blankets account @lolablankets. The drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner selection is by chance and Sponsor exercises no discretion in selecting the winner. 

Winner Requirements

The potential winner must sign and return each of the documents listed below, in the form provided by Sponsor, within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. The required documents are: (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release; (ii) a Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law; (iii) a completed IRS Form W-9; and (iv) a Prize Acceptance and Vehicle Release Agreement. The potential winner must also provide a copy of a valid driver’s license and, prior to delivery, proof of insurance covering the Vehicle if the Vehicle is elected as the prize. Failure to respond within the applicable time period, to return all required documents within the time period specified, the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules by the potential winner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If you are selected as a winner and refuse the applicable prize, Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. If Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner after three (3) good faith attempts, the prize may not be awarded. If the confirmed winner forfeits the prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected.

Limitation of Liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the Vehicle). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, shares, posts, direct messages, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Promotion Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any social platform. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the social platform.

General Conditions

If, in Sponsor’s opinion,  the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right, but does not have any obligation, to select the winner from non-suspect, eligible entries received as of the termination date or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized holder of the Instagram account from which the entry originated and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require proof that the entrant is the authorized account holder.

Acknowledgments 

As a condition of entry, you agree that (1) the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram; and (2) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes will be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or any other social media platform. By entering Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. 

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. Entrant further agrees that any recovery shall be limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and that in no event shall entrant be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees or any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York.

Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at www.lolablankets.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entry into the Sweepstakes is not conditioned on consenting to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. 

Warranty and Indemnity

Each entrant represents and warrants that any comment or other content the entrant posts in connection with an entry is the entrant’s own, does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, does not include the personal information of any person other than the entrant, and does not violate any applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Promotion Parties at all times from and against any liability, actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for or in respect of which the Promotion Parties may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by an entrant under these Official Rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of these Official Rules by an entrant.

Severability

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

For the name of prize winner (first name, last initial, and state of residence), available after September 2, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Lola Blankets, LLC, Attn: Lola Blankets Christmas in August RZR Giveaway Winner’s List Request, 167 Madison Ave, Suite 205 #4880, New York, NY 10016. Requests must be received no later than 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
