Shipping, returns, and exchanges
You should receive your order according to the shipping timeline selected at checkout (our economy shipping is 5-8 days for most US states, but faster options are available). Though, please do be patient with shipping times as the effects of COVID-19 on shipping networks can cause packages to arrive outside the shipping times shown at check-out. Due to this, we cannot guarantee packages will arrive within the shipping window selected at checkout or make refunds for packages that do not arrive within the shipping window selected at checkout. Free shipping offers only apply to continental US states (i.e., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within 14 days of receiving it, you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please title the subject line "Return" and include your order number in the email body.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that if there is pet hair on your returned item, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
To protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs on returned items. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return request is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package to complete your return and the refund transaction will occur upon us receiving your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pay for shipping costs in these situations.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
