I ordered a couple of blankets and pillows for Christmas gifts this year. I let the boxes pile ( for a month) up before I opened them and was ready to wrap the gifts. When I realized a blanket was left out of the order, but according to the receipt, the order had been fulfilled, I panicked! I contacted customer service, explained the situation and within a day, my problem was solved and the missing blanket was in route to my house. WOW! I am one happy customer.
