I have purchased probably 15 blankets, Original, Collaborations, Weighted, as well as a large Pet Bed. I have given them as gifts to people who have been to my home and tried to take one with them - of course they were joking. I have sent them to people I care about. These blankets have been life changing. I sent two recently to my husbands sister as a housewarming gift and she wouldn’t open them until everyone was gone. My English Cream Lab now has her own bed and I have to take it from room to room for her. There are knockoffs I’ve seen, but the customer service is amazing and I wouldn’t take a chance on any other brand. To wash I use a gentle cold setting, hang dry and then use the air dry setting in my dryer. They come out as if they’re brand new. My only suggestion is that if you see one you like, grab it because it will sell out - quicker than you think. My husband has asked how many will ever be enough - and I said when you stop buying cloud sneakers. That ended that conversation. He loves them - but they’re pricey so sometimes I load up on sales. One of my favorites is gone, it was the Ala mode. Of course Caramel and Cream I have in every size, and I waited forever to grab a couple of Cocoa Butter and bought 2 of those for myself and as gifts. No matter what you choose you won’t be disappointed- but I promise you, - your first won’t be the last.
