I am obsessed I love my Lola blankets!!! There so soft and amazing!! I have 5 in total I love the Carmel N cream color it’s absolutely beautiful and matches well with bed room colors!!! These blankets are not a disappointment. I tell everybody to buy them. They are just incredible. They have truly helped me get better sleep and made me feel nice and cozy. I recently purchased a Lola Blanket for my son’s birthday, only to discover that his wife had already bought him one too. I was well outside the return window, but I decided to reach out to customer service to see if there was any chance I could exchange it for a different color and have it shipped to a different address.
Their customer service was absolutely over the top—in the best way! They were responsive, cooperative, helpful, kind, and extremely accommodating. It’s rare these days to find a company that goes above and beyond like that.
And of course, the blanket itself is incredible. Truly the softest blanket ever! Between the quality of their products and the outstanding customer service, I can’t recommend Lola Blankets enough.
Well worth the money. Will be purchasing more.
