Not good
I ordered this blanket for my daughter for Christmas. I also ordered one for myself (the Malibu Blue). She opened hers today. The desert sky blanket is not soft AT ALL. The difference in the 2 blankets we ordered is wild. Mine was definitely worth the price. Hers was not. She is actually trying to get me to trade. I understand hers is weighted but it honestly feels way less soft/luxurious than my blankets from Target/home goods. Stick with the regular Lola blankets and stay away from the weighted ones.

Not the same feel as the blankets
I have 2 Lola blankets, which I absolutely love, they are the butteriest, softest blankets ever. So I thought I’d give the weighted blanket a try, the texture of the weighted blanket was very coarse. Definitely not the same as the blankets, so I will be returning it.

Not as fluffy
I’m not sure if I received a defective one but the Desert Sky I received is less thick and fluffy than the Cappuccino. I could feel the difference between the two. It is still a lovely blanket but for a premium blanket the quality should be the same.
