    Not the same feel as the blankets

    I have 2 Lola blankets, which I absolutely love, they are the butteriest, softest blankets ever. So I thought I’d give the weighted blanket a try, the texture of the weighted blanket was very coarse. Definitely not the same as the blankets, so I will be returning it.

    Not as fluffy

    I’m not sure if I received a defective one but the Desert Sky I received is less thick and fluffy than the Cappuccino. I could feel the difference between the two. It is still a lovely blanket but for a premium blanket the quality should be the same.

    Disappointed

    I got this blanket and loved how soft it was. It was lighter than I expected for a weighted blanket but still comfortable. I read on the care instructions that it could be machine washed and dry, I was excited then it didn’t seem as fragile as similar blankets from another brand.. unfortunately I dried it (low and short setting) and it’s not nearly as soft as it was. Now when I look at the care instructions on the website it says to hang dry, not sure why it was ever stated otherwise!

    I was so quick to recommend this to my friends and coworkers and now regret that. These blanket are too expensive to not have the care instructions pinned down!
