The pillow insert arrives shrink wrapped and becomes fluffy once removed from wrap

Outer: 95% vegan & cruelty free polyester, 5% spandex
Fill: 100% synthetic polyester fill
Machine wash the pillow outer alone in cold water with regular liquid detergent (NO fabric softener)
Hang to dry. Briefly tumble dry on the "air" setting to restore fluffiness
Spot clean pillow insert if necessary

So cozy but not a roast!
I am obsessed with my Lola blanket. It’s cozy enough to feel luxurious, but—miracle of miracles—it doesn’t try to roast me alive like every other blanket I own. As a menopausal woman, I’ve officially entered the “temperature roulette” phase of life, and this blanket gets it. It keeps me warm, gives me these glorious cool spots when I’m overheating.

Like heaven!
I can’t even describe how incredible these blankets are! I loved the first time I wrapped myself up in one so much I came home and order four of them plus pillows! Such great quality and so plush!

Wonderful lumbar pillow as well as soooooo soft
Absolutely love these pillows. The lumbar pillows feel great behind your back and still have the softness of all Lola products. Love my Lola Blankets and now my lumbar pillows.
