Fill: 100% synthetic polyester fill
Machine wash the pillow outer alone in cold water with regular liquid detergent (NO fabric softener)
Hang to dry. Briefly tumble dry on the "air" setting to restore fluffiness
Spot clean pillow insert if necessary
